As our trips are tailor-made to your group, please make sure we are aware of any fitness considerations or medical conditions of your group members so we can adapt your experience so that everyone can enjoy it safely. Our guides are first aid trained, but it is your responsibility to look after your welfare and carry with you any personal medication you may require whilst participating in one of our adventures. If you feel unwell during your trip please notify your guide immediately.
