This privacy policy applies to Sisu Snowshoeing and not any other organisations, hotels or companies connected with your holiday, it is your responsibility to check the policies of these other providers.

We collect web statistics automatically about your visit to the website, this helps us to understand how people use the site so that we can make improvements to better the user’s experience. All information will be retained as long as necessary.

To process your request or booking and to ensure that we meet your requirements, we need to use the information you provide such as name, date of birth, email address, credit/debit card details etc. For our snowshoe hikes, we may request personal information about your previous experience, fitness level, and illness/injury details that may affect your ability to snowshoe with us. This information will be stored and shared with our team of guides to safely manage our hikes. It is assumed that any personal information you give us you agree to be true. We will endeavour to keep your information updated whenever we get the opportunity to keep it current, accurate and complete. We will confirm the details we hold about you on request.

We do not share any information with third parties, but we would like to hold your information, where collected by us, for our own future marketing purposes, making you aware of news and services that we consider may be of interest to you or information regarding any up and coming trips. Full names will not be used unless participants express their desire to be identified.
